1. Refund Policy
We aim to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations and each product is hand-inspected before shipping. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
•Eligibility: Only unused products in their original condition and packaging, or defective product(s) are eligible for a refund. Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible.
•Return Required: The item must be returned to us for a refund to be processed.
•Returns of Used or Damaged Products: If an item is returned to us in a used, damaged, or altered state that was not present upon initial delivery, it will not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a shipping and handling fee. The original and return shipping costs will also be non-refundable.

To help us assess the issue, we may ask for clear photos of the defect before approving the return. Once the return is approved and the defective item is received, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement product of equal value, shipped at our expense.
