Big Squeeze

We get asked quite a bit: When are you going to make a 60mm yoyo. Originally, we weren't, but we ended up 3D printing one as a joke. We wanted to create a super-oversized yoyo, pushing past 60mm in both diameter and width.
While 3D-printing, a bright orange prototype gave a giant orange vibe—so we played around with it. The idea then turns into reality and the Big Squeeze was born.

We spent some time tweaking weight and shape across many iterations to ensure that despite its footprint, it remains nimble and fun. Instead of standard precision nuts and bolts, we repurposed hardware from Crucial for a clean finish.

We put our focus more on the packaging this round. We wanted that classic supermarket produce feel, so we sourced authentic nylon mesh bags. But it still needed a little more flavor. Adding to the imaginary, we designed a custom clip-on leaf that snaps right onto the bearing. As a throwback bonus, we tapped into some late-90s nostalgia and modeled a custom, Crazy Bone-inspired counterweight to round out the package. Iykyk.

A lot of time and joy creating this one. We hope you love this limited-run project as much as we love working on it! We made as many as we can with what we had, but that doesn't mean there won't be more in the future.
